1.    Adopting low dazzle-light N.I.R. lamps to heat the glue inside and outside evenly, cooperate with circular system, it can dry and activate the glue quickly and steadily, make the vamp and outsole attaching perfectly.
2.    Adopting SCR high-exactitude constant temp control system, control exactly the infrared brightness degree and temperature based on different requirement.
3.    The function of solid rotary conveyor can be divided as assembling line and sole-producing line. 
Assembling line: It divides as double layer type and four layer type. The double layers is putting shoe tray in upper layer, shoe rack in lower layer, while the four layer type is putting shoe tray in double layers, shoe rack in another double layers. Upper layer is used for big, middle and small type producing line. 
Sole producing line: it can be designed as two to four layer shoe trays, and used for changeable sole producing line.
4.    Warm-keeping oven are installed in both attaching and end part of fast conveyor, can be controlled independently. The design of keeping appropriate temperature before pressing the sole can finish well attaching of vamp and sole.
5.    Transparent activating door of the cylinder is installed in the worktable in order to strengthen warm-keeping efficiency while the design of induce switch makes the handling conveniently, Activating seal board is made under the rack’s appropriate place in order to lessen heating room and caloric lose, at the same time, reach the efficiency of improving warm-keeping and saving energy.
6.    Exhaust device put on the glue-scrapping worktable, humanity and unity design, which reaches environment requirement and beautiful appearance. Put with emergency stop button on two sides of worktable, which can stop the machine when faces malfunction in order to enhance the safety when using machine.
7.    There were three color caution light (red, yellow, green) displays working, servicing and production condition, reaches high safety capability.
8.    Adjustable shoe holder can be adjusted for various kinds of shoes.
